No air conditioning which made the stay unbearable. Old bathroom. Room is basic. Very expensive for a basic hotel. Breakfast was ok. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a delightful place to stay in Interlaken. Everything was clean and worked well. The staff helps you feel at home. The buffet breakfast was good with various options. We would definitely stay here again

Room was clean, staffs were very friendly.Tea and coffe get ready for all the time. I enjoyed every time when i went out made my tea. I am totaly satisfied. Thank you .

It was a bit expensive for what you get. The breakfast was okay but it could have had more variety. Room was very clean and well maintained which was excellent. But for what you pay here there wasn't much for amenities or extras available in the room. A clean good stay tho.

Fantastic place to stay. Right in the heart of Interlaken. Clean, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to any international travelers. We stayed with our young children and felt completely safe and comfortable.

Difficult to sleep when you can hear every step made in the rooms above you. No overnight staff. It's more like a fishing cabin than a hotel.

Best stay of my Swiss holiday. Very supportive and customer friendly people and staff. Super hygienic and well maintained property. Waking distance to Train and bus station. Highly recommend the property if you are planning your trip to Interlaken
