Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room.
There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own.
Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok

Charming, well located hotel. Easy walk from Interlaken Ost. Staff were amazing. Ohly negative - we were there during a heatwave and no AC - only 6 rooms have AC. The rooms did have 2 fans so that helped a bit.

We had a room with a balcony. It was so spacious and the views out the windows were fantastic. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the train station. Staff was great!

Wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel was kept beautiful. It is about 6 blocks from the east train station.

Although the location is little bit far away from Interlaken Oat. Can take a free bus between hotel and station. A lot of good restaurants Interlaken which made me impressive.

Such a lovely hotel with a great location in the town of Interlaken. We had an amazing view of the mountains from our balcony. The staff was so friendly and interested in helping us navigate around town and the surrounding areas.
