Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the matress was a little hard for my liking. Other than that stay was fantastic.

Clean room, excellent service.

Great location, clean, super friendly staff. Walking distance to everything its literally right in the middle of the strip. Amenities were also nice, we got free chairs, and umbrellas for the beach were super helpful and needed. Rooms we’re spacious but the pillows were hard just FYI. I loved everything so the bad is me nit picking. So onto the bad thing I would say parking prices are ridiculous, as well as the pool being super small. i dont think i would consider it a pool more like feet soaking area. You’re in hawaii with beautiful beaches so a pool is not even necessary honestly. Great hotel for all. Good for families and younger crowd too with the easy access to clubs and nightlife if thats your thing. Stayed here twice and Will be staying here again. Low key a hidden gem as far as hotels go.

The room was exceptionally clean and very beautiful. We were only there one night and left early the next day, but it was extremely quiet and restful.

This is the place where I stayed for the last 5 years two times a year. The position is very good..everting you need is close.

Nice hotel and staff! The rooms are very clean and quiet. The bed was on the firm side, but very comfortable. Will return!

The gym was just ok. Like most hotels they really don’t give much consideration to the fitness rooms. Next time I’ll stay at the Hyatt Regency. I was just giving this place a test drive. I’ve never stayed at a Hyatt Centric before. It was in a good location Close to everything. I would recommend it to others.

Parking is way expensive I had to take one star away.
