Everything was clean staff was wonderful & the cafe was good…

Fast responsive elevators. With that many floors. You really didn’t have to wait long for it. Booth cafes were good.

The staff were excellent, Kristina and Hayden really went above and beyond for us when we had questions or needed assistance. The only detractor is there is no included breakfast for the price and the walls are VERY thin with you have a room with a conjoining door—you will hear everyone’s conversations and some people are not considerate of their volume. But it is so well located and with such great staff, I would stay here again.

The room was pretty clean. (Except that we found a fake finger nail on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed or picked up.) Our lanai looked out over the 2nd floor roof and the roof of the building next to us which had fans or generators going that were very loud if you went out there. But the view to the left of the Pink Palace and the Sheraton Waikīkī were nice. The room could have used better lighting as well. There was one light in the room that was off in the corner for the sitting area, which made the room dim. The hallway light and the little lights over the bed weren’t very helpful. This hotel hosts the Cirque du Soleil show, so guests should be mindful of the showtimes so they can make sure not to be in the lobby when shows let out! It’s a madhouse! What really stood out was the valet staff. They were very attentive and super helpful! Also, very convenient to everything - the beach, International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of ABC Stores! Easy place to get rideshares too!

Great location

I stayed at paradise in April and beachcomber has some pros and cons. Location is great. Pool and gym were not that great. The pool had no towels for a while and no one is walking around picking up trash or dirty towels. The gym is so small compared to paradise. Check in was confusing and not very helpful. The room is nice but you do hear the show they have going on at night.
