Clean toilet and bath

Lively laid back hotel in the middle of Old Quarter. Very close to lake and eateries etc . Would stay again.

Excellent for the price. It’s older but felt very clean. Michael was super nice, gave us recommendations for food and exchanged our USD. Breakfast was fresh fruit with made to our entrees. Very good quality. We are allowed to leave our luggage after checking out until our bus came. Location was great, hard to find so recommended setting up a taxi ride from the airport with the hotel bc they will come out and meet you on the street. Great stay if you’re trying to not spend too much.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast- huge range of fruits, tea/ coffee, juices as well as cooked options (western and eastern choices), clean room, comfy bed, the best place I stayed in Vietnam !

Room was kept cool with air conditioner. Staff were accommodating for any issues or extras requested. Were very warm and considerate with our check-in times.

Everything was great! Staff unbelievably helpful. They helped us sort out reclaiming lost luggage. Breakfast was lovely. A little heads up though.. if you have mobility issues request rooms on lowere floors. I booked a valcony on purpose for the views but it was floor 5 and no lift. Didnt spoil anything at all though. Had a lovely stay. X

Maison D’Orient Hotel is in a fantastic location-quiet spot yet walkable distance to most major sites. Friendly, helpful staff & serves a pleasant breakfast. However was let down by the tired decor in our room (5th floor) & the need for a really good clean throughout. We stayed here before flying home after a month of travelling around staying in budget accommodation & this is the first time we’ve felt the need to make this comment. Please Maison D’Orient give your hotel a good spring clean (particularly the wonderful tiled flooring) to make it as good as it should be.

Amazing little boutique hotel. Tucked off a little side street in the centre of the historic old town - only a few minutes walk to anywhere and plenty to do nearby. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast options were limited as would be expected in a hotel this size. Only words of caution are that the hotel has 5 floors and no lift, so if you have mobility issues make sure you are in a lower floor and that there is no access to cars on the street the hotel is on as the street is too narrow (nearest taxi drop off is approx 100m)
