One cool thing was, it’s close to “Beer Street”, the heart of fun at night…pretty dope.

The rooms are not clean. Toiletries left in the room from previous occupants. AC is central so you cannot control the room temp. Overall the private rooms and in disarray and dirty. No windows. The staff is generally nice and good location. You can find better in Hanoi

While the staff was nice and the location is good, my “deluxe” single room was dirty with leftover q tip under my bed, a hair clip on the sink, and a decaying old room with unknown brown/yellow stains on the walls. The AC does not work independently in the rooms like most homestays so you will be at the same temp as the entire building. They did let me borrow a fan which was completely covered with dust. Keep in mind you will walk 4-5 flights of narrow winding stairs to get to the room. So, again the staff was nice but I would look elsewhere as a traveler.

Very good location and helpful staff. David Le sales Manager help me booked my trips to Sapa trekking and Ha Giang Looop, Ha Long Bay are very enjoyed. Thank you all and Hight recommended luxury backpackers hostel.

It is okay, very overpriced for what you get.

Quiet location

The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very quiet, which is very important to me because I’m a light sleeper. It’s also very central and is really easy to take a grab. I highly recommend this hotel and their services!! Thanks, David for the surprising upgrade. :)

Great location, clean room and helpful staff - what else do you need at this price? The one minor issue was they only had one remote control to operate the air-con in the whole building which meant we struggled to get the temperature right for us (we ended up being cold at 3am and needed to use the duvets from the wardrobe). Other than that - highly recommended

Linh was very nice to me. She helped with lots of food recommendations and book Ninh Binh trip! The accommodations are great, would recommend. I even extended my stay! Location is great.
