Lovely hotel. Staff were very attentive and Jenny on Reception was particularly helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There is a bar on the roof terrace which is nice to sit at in the evening with a drink. There is also a jacuzzi but we didn't use it.

The room was clean, staff good, didn’t use the Bar or Spa, the Gym was was very basic and the one weight machine was falling apart and really useless

Grand Cititel Hotel in Ha Noi is very close to the Old Quarter. The hotel team is excellent helpful and polite, The Spa services were good. The room is clean and has reasonably space. However, the shower is terrible designed and built that caused the water runs out to the floor outside the shower stall and that made the floor damper most of the time. There is no hair conditioner in the shower, just the shampoo and body wash gel. There are new toothbrush for the customers and 2 bottles of water in the small fridge for the customers each day. The buffet restaurant is designed and decorated as a high end restaurant in the USA. There are a lot of food to choose from as Vietnamese and Western food and they are tasty. The minus point I give to this hotel is the shower stall and missing the hair conditioner, plus the shower stall looked old. I love the young hotel team people there. They are extremely helpful and polite.

Good value and location.

After a poor experience at another hotel in Hanoi, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Clean, friendly and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast

Great hotel in Hanoi, particularly the staff at reception: Jenny, Patrick and Thomas. Will return again
