Nice hotel. We reserved a connecting room and everything was as expected. Staff helpful. Outdoor pool on 7F convenient. Nice to have "club" area on 7F with breakfast and refreshments all day. Breakfast is a limited buffet where you order one main (Japanese style breakfast, steak or bacon with eggs, etc). Location - ideal for nearby shopping but it is a bit of a walk to reach the beaches in the area.

Such a fabulous hotel. Staff were so kind, rooms were large and very clean. Hotel was very quiet, which we love. Free laundry service was such a bonus. We had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in great location. PROS - Great location, Immaculate, pleasant and attentive Staff, Good Buffet breakfast with stunning views, attractive modern guest rooms. CONS - 1. No storage hooks in bathroom 2. No Desk in Room. 3. Gym weight area gets crowded at peak hours (morning) Need more than one weight bench 4. We were billed for the soda and glass of wine we consumed on our arrival night which we thought was our free welcome drink. We never did receive a complimentary welcome drink. 5. Hotel policy does NOT allow family members to visit hotel guests in their guest room. We were visiting out daughter who lives in Okinawa, and she had to remain in the hotel lobby. She was not allowed to come up to our room for even one hour to change her wet clothes f(raining) before we headed out to dinner. They were kind and apologetic and offered her a towel to dry off in the lobby bathroom but we were shocked and disappointed given the higher price point of this better hotel. This is important to know in advance for Americans visiting family members stationed in Okinawa; your family member cannot ascend into your guest room for even one minute.

This was our favourite accomodation. On arrival the staff were so lovely and helpful. Our room was gorgeous with great views overlooking the bay and the location was so great about a 5min walk to the american village. The breakfast was amazing aswell i think it may have been included...the bathrooms were spotless with gorgeous showrr and bath and just felt really homely! We will be back to visit :)

Excellent hotel located near the American Village. The rooms are large, with plenty of space and separated living and sleeping areas. The breakfast selection was a little limited and the curtains in the bedrooms do not fully block out light, but we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel, clean room, has laundry facility and free parking. Walking distance to American Village.
