Location

Great experience at a very central location.

Very nice hotel but just not in the best part of town. Near train station which was great and it was about a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz area. Our air conditioning worked poorly, which was the only problem for us because it was a hot week. Other than that, the room was a good size for my family of 4. Staff were friendly.

We stayed in two rooms. One room had no air conditioning on the first night, so we were moved. The following night, both rooms had no air conditioning. The hotel provided fans, but with the heat this was uncomfortable, especially for our children. One of the replacement rooms also had a strong sewage odor in the bathroom. Some of their staff made it as though asking for assistance was an inconvenience. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests. On the bright side, its location is great. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful staff and great food. The hotels minibar is free.

All great

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet had many good choices. The location is close to the train station and to Merianplatz. However it is not the best neighborhood. Many homeless, trash in the street, and strip clubs around the corner. Avoid if you have children. Otherwise 4/5 stars.

Very clean and comfortable

Great location close to everything some of the staff members were rude I asked for one cup of coffee to go in a plastic cup she refused and wouldn’t give me a receipt after I checked out I won’t stay there again

Great location near the station and town. twin room was a great size for two travellers. Air conditioner worked well in the heat.

Conveniently located near the main train station in Munich, it offers a good price/value alternative. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is very complete. One of the two rooms that we reserved, had a faulty AC and when my kids reported it to the front desk, the person in charge just told them to close the curtains, but wouldn’t try to fix the issue.
