The room was as advertised and the location is near shopping areas also 7eleven across the street is a plus and staff was wonderful

AC did not work in first room. The hotel changed our rooms to one with a slightly worse AC. So if you like cool temps, be aware. Washer was super small so plan on smaller washes, however no dryer. You dry your clothes in the bathroom, there are controls for a warm air supply in the bathroom. Same breakfast every day, so don’t eat everything in one day. The room is slightly larger than other hotels but without the amenities it’s not really worth it.

The property was clean, spacious and well laid out , except the beds weren’t facing the TV and mattresses very hard and uncomfortable but
The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!
The location is great .. I would recommend!

Location is convenient, only a 5 min walk from the action of Namba.
Family apartment, although quite spacious, doesn't offer must privacy between rooms. Staff were great.
Room was advertised as 'city view' but there is no view other than buildings across the street.
Overall the experience was fine for our stay

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. I enjoyed interacting with the staff members because they were very accommodating and helpful. However I am taking away one star because there was an issue with entering the property after hours.

My family of 13 stayed at this property in the 3 bedroom exclusive apartment and a 2 bedroom smaller room. Both rooms were great, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for all of us! And even better that it had 3 bathrooms too. Location is perfect for walking to Namba area and Dotonbori, everything is very close and feels safe! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)
