Superbe hotel, bien situé. Plusieurs points forts comme le bar de bienvenue, le choix de notre oreiller et le dejeuner bio. Notre chambre communicante pour une famille de 4 etait parfaite

We stayed for three nights in Osaka. This hotel checked all that we needed: ample room for the three of us, complimentary breakfast, and proximity to Dotonburi and the metro station. We arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in without issue. There is an open bar from 2pm to 9pm on every day! The rooms are typical of hotel rooms in Japanese: compact and neat. The bathroom was like those on a cruise ship, very small but with a bathroom and shower room. Breakfast is complimentary from 6:30am to 9:00am so earlier than the other hotels we have stayed in, but they make up for it with variety and taste. There is fried chicken one day and takoyaki the next. There is even a Robodog to entertain us! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

Room was good. The welcome drinks were awesome. The breakfast was limited but appreciated.

I liked that is was very affordable. I liked the free breakfast buffet & free drinks they offered, a decent size dining room area. What I didn’t like, rooms were very small for my spouse & I. Bathroom was hard to maneuver in & out especially if you are over weight. Super small bathroom. Rooms are super small. Met for single adult person. It was non smoking rooms, not sure about that. The room eventually smelled like cigarettes. Maybe bad ventilation.

Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was great and different selection very day. It helped to have the welcome bar between 2pm to 9pm after our tours. Would definitely return back to this hotel

We had to do a load when we arrived. Thankfully everything worked and dryed on the first try.

Staff were lovely and the hotel in a good location. The bathroom was terribly small and one one person at a time could fit. The toilet half blocked the doorway and there was little space for a toiletry bag, nowhere on the floor for a small bin. We are average size so a large person would find it difficult. The usb connection on the bed was loose. The pillow was one long japanese style pillow filled with hard "beans", not what westerners are used to. We asked for normal pillows but none wefe available until the next day. Breakfast was included and was ok. Overall, very clean, comfortable bed, but bathroom too small.

Good location Rooms were smaller than I thought. Only 1 elevator and sometimes had to wait a while.
