Staff was unhelpful.

Ac,helpful staff, and big thanks for helping me to courier my medications that I left in your hotel.

The hotel’s location was outstanding—just a short walk to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, countless restaurants, shopping, and other popular attractions. The train station was also right next door, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The room was quite small, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay. Our only real disappointment was the breakfast hours. Breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m., which is far too early for a hotel catering mainly to tourists on vacation. Most hotels serve breakfast until at least 10:00 or 10:30, and 11:00 would be even better. After long days of sightseeing, having to wake up so early just to have breakfast wasn’t enjoyable. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

exceptional

Great location. Room size was decent considering the usual tiny rooms in Japan. Had space to store suitcases. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. Would stay again.

Very convenient location, walking distance from Dotonburi and subway stations. Nice amenities including a rooftop. A bit busy in the lobby and outside as it seemed like large groups were in and out and there was a bus zone but overall was nice.

Good location, price is very reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but not as clean as other hotels in Japan. Washroom has lower ceiling so hard to move around. Luggage storage is available at no cost which is great. You only get one key card per room, for us it was ok. Overall good value for money.

I just like the staff are very helpful but we dont like the room we got.

Grest hotel and close to many attractions

Rooms a little small but everything else was perfect
