We really appreciate all the staff especially Ariff who was so friendly and gave us advice about local attractions. The pool was really nice too.

Amazing hotel situated right in the heart of everything KL has to offer. Staff are amazing - a really well oiled machine: warm welcomes all round and nothing is too much trouble. Particular mention for Radhika who manages the Reservations Team. Radhika was on hand before and during our stay to ensure everything was as exactly as promised, and more: totally amazing service!!! From Front Desk to Room Servicing team everything was delivered perfectly. Large rooms - serviced daily - blackout facilities - well stocked mini-bar - comfy beds - waterfall showers...this place has the lot. Pool and Gym facilities are also superb - make sure you have your camera at hand for a eveing swim when the Petronas Towers and KL Tower come to life: breathtaking selfies guarenteed. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Everything is clean and maintained to the highest standards. Have stayed in a great deal of hotels across Asia but this one ranks as one of the best - book in you will not regret it!

Very large hotel that has everything you need. Unfortunately I was woken to drilling and internal building works being undertaken in the hall way opposite my room - at 11pm at night, i got up after a while and spoke to them. I also reported it the next day to reception Not sure by this was allowed.,not ideal when away for work.

Good hotel with great location but just not as good as other 5* hotels in Kl - room service food was below par - and check was ok - had a bad experience but not wow either

Hotel staff provide excellent service, eooms are clean. The only thing that is not excellent is the exhaust/ventilation system in the toilet. Toilet smells like sewer in my room.

We had a pleasant stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The confirmed cake, rose and card were not ready when we entered the room, but the team responded promptly and arranged them shortly after. The valet team was efficient, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did not opt for breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable stay with courteous service.

Stayed at the hotel a few times. Standard has been maintained over the years. Always a delight to be there.

We booked this hotel after reading amazing reviews. Check in perfect, room was so spacious and clean with a free mini bar daily. The location was very good with loads around from food, bars, shopping malls, towers and metro line of wanted to go further. We used the amazing gym with spa facilities, sauna steam room etc. The only issue we found was the pool. It’s stunning with the infinity pool but just not enough beds for then lazy days when you want to rest after you have explored the city. And if you get a bed there is only round 5 that are in the sun. The rest are shaded with the way it’s designed. Also the menu round the pool is very small. We used the hotels limos to get back to the airport what was good on price and again friendly staff. They also extended our check out time to make it easier for us. Thank you EQ, we really enjoyed our stay and KL 😍

The room was big and clean and comfortable. Highly recommended
