The service was excellent from every member of the team.
We had a club room which was worth paying for, an oasis away from the bustle of KL.
The pool and spa areas are fabulous.
Our 1st visit to this hotel and we would definitely return

MO will never let you down. Start from we step out from car, staff were very helpful. Front desk staff were efficient and we got our room before the official check in time. Late check granted till 2pm. Room is specious , clean and pillow menu was outstanding. We spent 4 nights. View from room was superb, beautiful and best part hotel is connected to KLCC shopping Center.

From the moment we arrived rather hot and bothered at The Mandarin Oriental, we were made to feel welcome by the doormen, the reception staff, the luggage men. Had a welcome drink and cool flannel, room was ready an hour earlier than check in and special mention to Adit who always remembered our names and upgraded us to a park view( fabulous). The opulence and detail of the hotel was incredible. The room staff even put cable ties ( posh ones) on our phone and hair straightener leads to keep them tidy. Complimentary drinks in room, water and good coffee provided daily. We also ate at the hotel and the food was stunning. Used the pool whilst waiting to go to the airport and that was nice too, busy but a super view over the park and skyscrapers.
The staff are so helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in and good central location for most attractions. Thoroughly recommend it.
