Great hotel, in an ideal location. The convention centre is close by with a lovely park and some good bars and eating places. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. Not great for just lounging around, shame really.
Book your trips on Trip adviser as the concierge service was 4 times the cost for the same experience.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was superb.

最高 Our stay was made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.
A special mention to the restaurant team Nash, Hanif and Rayna for their outstanding care and thoughtfulness. They went out of their way to understand our vegetarian preferences and ensured that we had a variety of well-prepared and delicious options. Their warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made dining a delightful experience.
Thank you to the entire team for the care, professionalism, and personal touch. We truly felt looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

My stay at the Banyan Tree was exceptional. From the meticulous attention to detail, the delicious food at Horizon Grill and the general customer service. I had a blast and really enjoyed my birthday 🎁

Staff were over courteous because they wanted you to give them very good comments on a certain review website, they even handed out their own cards so you had their name. Yes they were helpful but how much was genuine. There were areas where the hotel let themselves down so they should have focussed on these.
