最高 Great location, super friendly staff, spacious room, and my favourite hotel of my stay across Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo. (Hotels were roughly $100-150 CAD price range)

Great location, a 1 minute walk to Nishiki market and many other places to grab food. Quiet street so was easy to sleep at night. The amenities were great. There is 1 washer and dryer available at the facility. A nice surprise each morning was a fresh croissant from the local bakery just down the street. The rooms are a little on the small side and the bathroom feels cramped.

Considerate and friendly staff. Some spoke English. Simple but useful amenities like two croissants delivered to your floor every morning. Microwave, refrigerator, plates and utensils. Plenty of outlets. STRONG shower water pressure. Close to subway and local markets, restaurants. It was perfect for us.

Our stay has been pleasant. The staffs' English proficiency is quite well, at least we are able to communicate well. The environment is very good, quiet and clean. It's located in an area nearing a lot of famous restaurants and shops. The room is also quite big for such a price. I would love to stay here again if I visit Kyoto next time.

Out of our entire 2-week trip around Japan, this was the best hotel we stayed in.
The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Additional amenities like morning croissants and free access to laundry facilities were a great bonus. As this was our honeymoon trip, they welcomed us with a small bottle of carver which was very nice.
The area is also very quiet whilst being near key areas such as Nishiki market.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

とても良い Quite spacious and very friendly and helpful staff especially the staff by the name of Ashiqur- he went out of the way to send us off to our über taxi and instructed the driver to drop us off in the train station. Thank you!
Close to everything and the best noise control.
