Having the ability to do laundry & leave our bags made this stay for us!! There was one 6” x 6” square on a wall under the desk that was a metal grid—looked like it was in the midst of being repaired. As a family traveling with an adult child—the room lay-out worked well for us.

Hotel is well located to the train station and not a long walk into town . The hotel is a self check in ,which went well . There is a sister hotel across the street with staff that can help if there's a problem. The room was good ,there was the rumble of the trams outside but not enough to stop me from sleeping . There is a self storage for luggage in the basement (which we used ) . I had trouble opening the locker ,turn the knob opposite to what you think. Good hotel ,good location

The hotel was clean and well maintained and we had a comfortable stay. The location is good and very convenient for the main train station and easily walkable to the city centre. However please note that there are no reception staff onsite. Should you have an issue you have to contact them via phone or email. Check-in is via a machine in a small vestibule in the entrance. This poor design results in you and your luggage blocking the entrance during the process. Also we booked a room that [at the time of booking and during the stay] was advertised by Expedia as having a kitchenette. However on arrival we found the kitchenette to be behind locked cupboard doors. We only had access to the mini fridge but not the hotplate, sink, crockery etc. We contacted the reception by email and were informed that we could only access the kitchenette on payment of a further €20 per night. If this facility is important to you I would suggest you confirm with Expedia that it is included before booking!

Easy to find, easy check in, very convenient location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, once we were able to check in. There is no staffed desk at this part of the hotel, although we learned there was another part of the hotel across the street, where there were staff. Checking in took some time and we helped other confused guests trying to get in the front door during our stay. The room was lovely and we especially enjoyed the little terrace where we could sit and enjoy drinks or dinner. Housekeeping does an excellent job and our room was very conveniently set up. Warning: It costs 20 Euro per day to have the kitchenette unlocked and you need to do your own dishes. They provide detergent but no rubber gloves. Although there were no staff in our section of the hotel, they responded very quickly to email questions or problems. Now that we understand the routine, we would return to the hotel.

No staff on property but check in was easy. Our shower door would not stay closed. Probably an easy fix. Nice self service laundry room.

Convenient to train station. Fun area. Compact but efficient room with spacious bathroom

Very modern, clean with convenient location. The hotel didn’t have a front desk . However the check in was easy. Definitely a great place to stay in Munich.

Room was excellent. Location was excellent. Walked everywhere. Rooms facing street have trolley car noise but it didn’t bother us. No front desk. Self check in. Arriving before 3 PM, use train station storage for your luggage. Our room had kitchenette but it costs 20 euro a day extra for 4 night stay. Hotels.com does not mention this extra charge anywhere so do not expected the kitchenette to be included when booking a room with a kitchenette. Nearby Aldi had excellent cereals/bread and prepared salads so we didn’t need kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again but don’t expect the kitchenette to be included.
