Staff were friendly

Ubicacion exelente. Frente a la estacion tren. A l rededor restaurant y wl mejor comida Japanese

Unhoused and lots of beggars in front of hotel breakfast was good front staff was good

This place was great full Italy experience

Courteous staff. Good breakfast

Staff were so helpful and even allowed me to check in early when I arrived to drop off my luggage. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is ideal to get around the city, short walk to the Marienplatz with tram and S Bahn nearby.

Really close to the station, which was my main criteria. Room was perfect for what I needed. Compact but care and thought put into how best to maximise the space. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was a bonus. I loved that the key card took you to the right floor. Staff really friendly. The room over looked a courtyard/ nearby bar. Because of the football it was a little loud if you are noise sensitive. It did not stop me sleeping. Would recommend.

Staff very nice. Breakfast was excellent

Not well maintained. Liquid soap/shampoo are empty. Carpet in the room is old. Wood door on the bathroom is worn.

The hotel was well between the main station and the old town. The room was spotless and the aircondition worked well and was a welcome respite from the heat wave.
