The Pera Palace Hotel is gorgeous, stunning, preserved & steeped in history. In a perfect location & walkable to everything. I had a beautiful balcony room overlooking the Bosphorus. Very efficient room service and all the staff were professional, attentive, friendly & courteous. The Spa area & massage were very good.
But what took this stay to another level was the enthusiasm, dedication to their jobs & kindness of 3 members of staff Esma, Kadir & Tekin as their professional & informative skills transported me back into the good old days of Hospitality. Thankyou & Gracias Julie x

Property conviently located, staff go above and beyond to assist. By far one of the best breakfast buffets. This is our choice of properties when visiting Istanbul.

This was our first stay at Pera Palace, as we usually stay at the Marmara Taksim. What a fantastic discovery!
The hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect; close to all the main attractions, with plenty of excellent bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the cocktails on the terrace were outstanding.
The hotel isn't cheap, but neither is Istanbul these days, so the pricing feels in line with the city. Considering the quality of the experience, we felt it was well worth it.
We'll definitely be staying here again. I think we've found our new go-to hotel in Istanbul.

Beautiful old property. Unique history. Nicely located. Obviously dated it’s been there since 1892. But they’ve done a good job of keeping things up. Breakfast buffet looked good, but we never ate it. Staff were quite helpful all good.
