Great location. Walking distance to the old city monuments, Blue Masque, Sultan's Palace, Basilica Cistern etc.

The staff at hotel Sultan are amazing. They were so helpful and kind so many times they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They had an afternoon tea that was delightful with all sorts of good treats to eat. The breakfast buffet was quite good. In addition, the location is awesome!

Great location - could not have been any better. friendly staff, comfortable room, good gym area and really nice sauna/pool area. Breakfast area has great views and good selection of food. A little awkward for taxis to get to, but this is because the location is so good. Totally recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.Elevator was very small. Breakfast was average. Overall it was a good experience. We would stay there again.

This is a boutique hotel in the heart of old town Istanbul. Easily walkable to all the sights and feels very safe. The room was large and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the restaurant that is connected to this hotel very much. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We had our Turkish bath here and it was amazing. They had a spa with marble heated tables and privacy. Our entire stay was just wonderful!

I love this place! I literally cannot express how much culture and history there is in this place and how friendly the staff is. I wish I knew their names, but one of the staff members took so long to explain to me and my husband, how to play backgammon, which is really common in this area. It’s also super close to many of the historical landmarks that we wanted to see. They even had a card for us to borrow to use the tram to easily get around. And there’s lots of good restaurants in the area. This is one of my favorite hotels that I’ve ever stayed at! (And I’ve been to like 40 countries)…. Definitely pick this place for your trip to Istanbul!! They also set us up with the Tour Guide and it was so amazing… Ask for Hazel! One of my favorite tours I’ve been on!
