Such a great location. The mural was painted by a woman in so little time; it's truly gorgeous and impressive. The rooftop is so cool & staff is super friendly

Recently back from 5 nights at RUZ Hotels in Istanbul. What a great hotel that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul, After a bit of a trek on public transport from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), we got a fantastically friendly greeting from Sinan who gave us some water, checked us in, showed us up to our room and talked us through some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hotel has a fashionable, boutique feeling to it, and this extends to the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower in the bathroom was great. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar. We didn't use the restaurant but we did enjoy the rooftop bar for a drink before dinner nearby. The service in the bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a bustling part of Beyoğlu, very close to the top of the Tünel and the Şişhane metro stop - but even though our room faced the street we weren't disturbed by the noise from the local bars. The hotel is really onto a good thing with a friendly, approachable and helpful team, excellent service and comfy rooms. Keep it up!

This hotel was a bit of a hidden gem. Everything about it worked out amazingly well. The location was tucked quietly away in the old quarter. The staff were kind and truly helpful. As it is a small hotel it is easy for them to be quite attentive to your needs. Room was modern and spacious. Vibe of hotel was cool with a sophisticated edge. Definitely recommend. Amy K

Not my first time staying at this property and you’ll see from my previous review, it’s well worth your time so just book it

Book it. You won’t regret it. From the super warm welcome - even at 2am - to the consideration at all levels: in-room and in-hotel touches, the beds, the gym, the rooftop, the cocktails, everything is just so well thought out and the team can’t do enough for you - be that bookings, guidance, or just a little chat. Every single one of the people that works there that we spoke with was just lovely. The pool is super narrow and not as long as it looks in the pics but that’s my only complaint. Everything else was exquisite and the movie-themed neons in each room were a lovely touch for a film nerd like me that I didn’t know was coming. We ended up not going to another city as part of our trip and just managed to stay for almost all of our remaining days in this lovely spot bar one night where we had to go elsewhere (see other reviews if you wanna know but it was a ‘no’ from us and not a patch on this place) as it was fully booked. Do yourself a favour and just book it.

Our stay at Ruz Hotel was very enjoyable! The hotel is filled with small attentions that make all the difference with complimentary mini bar and slippers! Hotel staff made sure we felt comfortable and gave us lots of helpful tips!

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Great location, really fantastic for getting out and about. I think the free mini bar is also a nice touch and appreciate the gym set up too!

5* What a fantastic stay! Spacious room with all the amenities I needed. The best part of the property was not only the oasis of the pool, boutique appointed rooms but the staff. From the moment I was greeted until I the day I left. I received 5 star service. Friendly smiles, care and attention. This level of service I don't receive at hotels 3 times this cost. I can't wait to stay again! Only regret is I didn't get a chance to try to Michelin restaurant on site! Thank you Ruz!
