最高 We had a great stay at Hotel Continental Zermatt. The hotel allowed an early check‑in at around 10:30, which was incredibly convenient after arriving in town. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main streets, making it easy to explore Zermatt without needing transport.
The room was spacious for a couple and came with a lovely balcony. We were lucky to have a clear view of the Matterhorn right from our room, which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well.
The hotel also provides a luggage storage facility, which allowed us to check out and still explore Zermatt freely without carrying our bags. Overall, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and considering the location and amenities, the stay offered great value for money.
A solid choice for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and beautiful views.

少しがっかり there was no fan or ac and the cement patio radiated heat into our room all night. very
unfortunate. room was old and needs an update. bed was good! Bathroom nice.

I stay in big room was easy to for a 3 to four star hotel pretty worth the bill. It was nice to assemble and place things and hang them. The only down side is no refrigerator or some kind of cooler to place items for later use, no ice machine. The breakfast is what you can expect it was exceptional. The staff is real nice. The location is perfect city center easy to find yourself back.

Check-in and customer service on is not in the same building. We had to carry to our luggage up six or seven steps to reach the elevator and down the same set of stairs to check out.
The room was very warm even though the heat was not turned on. We had to open the door to get cool air.
Breakfast was good. House keeping was good. Staff responds was good.

The hotel is as exactly as you see it in the pictures. For what we booked it for it was perfect. Gave us rest and we were skiing most days and out eating most nights. Great experience overall.
