Nice room, helpful staff, excellent bread and amenities,

The rooms were larger than I could have imagined, and the spa/pool was better than any I have ever used in the United States.

Perfect hotel for a quick getaway or short stay in zermatt. The rooms were large and the staff exceedingly friendly. Everything felt very clean and accommodating.

Room was very spacious with excellent amenities.

Our stay exceeded all expectations!

Le buffet du matin était très bien. Piscine et jacuzzi très propre et le personnel courtois

This property was top notch. It is a five minute walk to the Main Street. We took advantage of the fitness center and the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast each morning was super delicious and they had omelettes made to order as well as the buffet. The rooms were very cozy and the hotel lounge was a great place to relax and just enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this place. We were a party of 4 including two teenagers. They absolutely loved it too.

Nice , spacious rooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Noisy bathroom Fan.

Always such a good and relaxing stay here!

We booked a budget room and could not have been happier! The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We loved the warm pool, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Overall, the value for money in Zermatt was fantastic. From top to bottom, this place was exceptionally nice — we’d highly recommend it!
