Just keep in mind about your guest when they check in and when they ask for a room extended time to honor it till the guest leave the room. Another thing is to not disturb a guest till it’s time to check out. Be mindful. Other then that everything else was wonderful. The restaurant has a lot of variety and has reasonable pricing. Room are excellently bright and fresh with a balcony view. I am delighted and hope it will always be like this. Thank you

Unfortunately there are more dislikes than likes. Location is good. Hotel room maintenance is quite poor. Had to switch rooms because of wet bathroom floor. Water source was unknown. Overall would rather stay someone else next time .

Good location. Breakfast variety is good.

It is in a mall. However the mall is closed. There are eateries nearby. Convenient if you have no car. Walking distance to shops and eateries.

Helpful staff and easy check in

Excellent front desk personnels.

The carpark can be design better.need to walk quite a distance to lobby

Breakfast was good

The room is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has the right amount of food. My shower door was leaking as I was not able to close the door properly.
