The stay was very good with a large room and the staff where super friendly and helpful

Old hotel looks like 20 or 30 years old despite written 10 years, i have pictures and i will load them even in google maps

we had a great experience, clean and comfortable room, amazing breakfast, location in Pa tong is great and close to beach(6 min walking), polite and friendly staff(Noey, Lyn, Nice, Hpone, Ghaye, Phet, Naenae), refreshing pool

The staff was excellent!! Very helpful! The hotel itself could use some updating. No dressers to put your clothes in, so we worked out of our luggage bags. We didnt make use of the pool or gyms. The beds were very comfortable!!! Also the AC was great both very important for us. For the price it was a good value. Good location.

Room was perfect only thing is maybe they need a shower cubical otherwise water goes everywhere when showering. Location is central a 5-10min walk to the beach and 15mins walk to Bangla road. Staff were excellent Jubjib, Ghaye,Noey,Bewty and Nai you guys rock. So friendly and always happy to help. Will definitely be back.

This was a great stay & I would recommend to others. We were welcomed with delicious mango juice during check-in and that just set the tone for the rest of our stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Every need and concern was addressed and fixed. The location was also close to everything. About a 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Bangla and the mall. I will definitely stay again when I return.

Ok to stay

Upon arrival I was asked to pay 1000 Bhat deposit this is a hidden cost. Make sure you read all the small print and open all the tabs on the booking app. The room was right at the back of the hotel next to the lift. I did not get any quality sleep at all. The room had an old camp bed which was supposed to be a sofa, broken balcony chairs, a toilet seat that did not fit. The corridor floor just outside the room was constantly wet due to leaks/rain. I was given absolutely no instructions upon check-in, staff were more concerned about the 1000 bhat deposit. Inside the room there is a menu book which listed room items down to drinking glasses etc with prices we had to pay if we broke anything. It was such an awful stay for me. The actual hotel does not look like the pictures advertised online. I would say this hotel was more like a 1/2 star based on the room I stayed in, facilities and customer service.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great options every day. Service of our room was exceptional with cleaner very flexible and quickly attended to any requests. The pool was very disappointing and doesn’t reflect the online views. The grounds/garden between reception and the rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Overall, the property is in need of an overhaul but the staff could not be faulted and are a great asset to the hotel

Location was good.
