Staff was exceptional! Rooms were very clean, great price and delicious breakfast buffet.

My room drain systems were terrible.Whenever I take a shower I had to clean and make it dry my bathroom. It was not a good experience

Excellent location, you can access the beach and entertainments on foot. The property is very clean and the restaurant is great, the breakfast is good also.

I couldn’t find a lot of options that I wanted to try for breakfast

The pool was very relaxing. And I love the food. You can order right at the pool bar and charge it to your room.

I requested a high floor and received it(thank you), the room was spacious and clean. The room amenities were well stocked with plenty of tea and water available when needed. The Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and were happy to have a chat and laugh in the corridor. I found the front desk staff to be attentive and knowledgeable regarding Patong. Requests were always done with a smile. Although on the main road , the noise factor from the traffic was low , even with my balcony doors being open. Great location and easy to navigate to the beach and Big C Pool was very good - it just needs some umbrellas on the bottom deck for sun protection, the upstairs level with the lie down shaded mattress were mostly occupied. I would definitely recommend this property and when I visit again will make sure that there are vacancies for room , especially room number 614. Good job all and thanks for a terrific stay.

Please let us smoke on the balconys. It is weird we can smoke at table in restaurant but not on a blacony. Only due to the smoking i wont stay again
