Rooms were damp, bedding felt wet to touch, this wasn’t helped with no windows or balcony to let air in, AC unit was off when we arrived so room felt very hot and humid Rooftop pool was excellent with some great scenery over Patong Left a day early due to humidity in the room and damp bedding which was a shame

Here’s a polished review in your natural voice: ⸻ Had a great stay here. The staff really stood out — extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire stay. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job — everything felt fresh and taken care of. They even let me check out at 2 PM at no extra charge since I had a later departure, which I really appreciated. That kind of flexibility goes a long way. The pool area is beautiful, very well kept, and offers an incredible view — especially at sunset. Definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, a really solid experience. Would absolutely come back.

Wonderful service, great food and spotless cleaning.

Terrible food poisoning from the restaurant. My partner spend entire night vomiting after eating hamburger at the hotel. There is an awful smeell coming from the bathrooms. Worst stay during the entire trip to Thailand.

Clean, security good. Location slightly off were most would want. It’s reasonable value for money. Great for shorts stays 1-3 nights max. 4 star but at the lower end. Pay a little more and you can get better 4 stars with better location and more holiday feel. Staff friendly but can over do the niceness a little. I would stay again but only for shorter stays. :)

The hotel was nice and friendly, located in a good general location too! Pool was nice and refreshing, gym was pretty small and standard but still useable. Only downfall was no balcony or opening windows so the room became very damp. Especially because the bathroom fan wasn’t very strong to suction out the steam of the shower as well. Overall good for the amount of nights we stayed/price we paid

Beautiful place to be at. Conveniently you can go to Patong beach which is in a walkable distance.. The staffs are amazing… A Must try Hotel ❤️🙏
