We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and enjoy it each time. The staff is friendly and they have a good breakfast. It is a short walk to the Hoen Kiem Lake.

Excellent location in old quarter. We were in the family which was large and clean bathroom. A little damp on ceiling in bedroom

We stayed a total of for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative of all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.

最高 The room is clean and neat. Timi, the front desk man was very nice, friendly and helpful to us. He was so accommodating and always there to offer you something even if you already check out and hanging at the back of the lobby due to later departure. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, convenient to shop around the vicinity. Will recommend this hotel. :))
