Clean rooms with very good air conditioning and lovely helpful staff

V has constructed a fabulous and friendly staff ! Ruby was always cheerful and a joy to work with I had a different hotel double book and V rescued the day . I highly recommend Hanoi La Castela Hotel.Convenient location.

Rain was helpful and manager V resolved a problem with another hotel booking for me with grace

The check in process went very smooth. The gentleman at the front desk, was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided recommendations and scheduled our airport transfers on check out day, that was helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. My room was clea, cute and quaint with all amenties. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Everything was fresh and made to order, the chef did a great job. Leotus, was very plesant and accomdating. She made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, it's in the center of everything in Hanoi Old Quarter. I felt safe walking throughout the area and didn’t feel pressured to make purchases.

My room was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful during the check in and out. I had a wonderful experience with Leotus, who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. This place is really wonderful.
