Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Had a window on the wall that had loght going through, but other then that, nice stay

The staff are excellent. Our only problem is that the room we booked was in the basement and had no windows and started to smell after our first day. The room description for the cheapest room doesn’t say that there are no windows - the hotel explained that is the case when I asked for a different room. Breakfast is pretty good, location is very good for the Old Quarter (although I don’t know if it is the best area to stay in)

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast area was too small. Entrance to the property is blocked by bikes. Some drawers in the room doesn't work. Safe box doesn't work.

In the heart of the old quarter, plenty to see in walking distance. Very good value for the price. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Little Diamond Hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The location was definitely a highlight — it’s very central and within walking distance to major attractions like Hanoi Train Street and other vibrant, happening areas. However, for vegetarians like us, the breakfast options were quite limited. We mostly had to settle for bread, butter, and some fruits, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was just okay. The rooms and common areas could definitely benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Overall, it's a decent budget option if you prioritize location over amenities, but there’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and food variety.

Convenient to walk around the Old Quarter. Nice to have breakfast included and room is nice. Friendly lady at reception desk.

this property was clean and safe. I would stay here again. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from.

Great location in heart of bustling Old Quarter. Street traffic noisy despite us being on 4th floor & little concrete balcony showing small cracks & black mould on bathroom ceiling corner were a concern. Staff were great & very helpful. We were only there 2 nights & spent very little time in the hotel in so served purpose okay. Hotel breakfast was convenient, tasty and good variety.

For the price you pay you get an amazing stay with b'fast. And the location is the best. It's in the middle of old quarter.
