Superbe emplacement au bord du lac Ashi, avec une vue absolument magnifique. La chambre avec vue sur le lac est un vrai coup de cœur, un petit plus qui rend le séjour encore plus magique.

Such an amazing place.staffs are very helpful and considerate. There’s a ping pong room, a hot spring, and it provides a great view of Mt. Fuji.my kids really enjoyed the stay :)

The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait.

It is a great location to explore Hakone. Stunning views from the hotel grounds of the lake and Fuji on a clear day. The hotel provides a shuttle to Odawara Station.

The hotel has the best MT Fuji view and is next to some of the activities. The only negative thing was the AC was not working properly.

Breakfasts at Lakeside Grill was excellent. Choice of Western or Japanese dishes or you could combine. Great Buffet! Great Stsff
