Very pleasant staff, always greeting and acknowledging you. I also like the comfortable atmosphere and convenient location. Breakfast selection and staff there was great too!

We stayed at least 8 nights and we love this place we call home away from home! Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff who will always greet you when entering the lobby. The in-room washer/dryer, mini fridge, microwave and kitchenette is a huge plus for my family and I. Additionally, they have luggage transport from the hotel to KIX Airport and all we had to do was take the Rap-it Transit at Namba Station which is right across the street from the hotel! Everything is close by! Many restaurants too!! We will be back to our favorite hotel in Namba Osaka!

This hotel was a great experience. The staff were friendly, they helped make the experience very easy. The room was great and was very spacious. Very happy with my experience at this hotel

Second stay here and again everything was great. Big, clean room with washing machine. Comfy bed, larger than normal bathroom for Japan. Staff couldn't be more helpful and aid you with luggage forwarding if you need that. Exit 5 from Namba station is closest and it's right across the road from the Rap'it Nankai station. I hope to stay here again when in Osaka.

The location is very convenient(close to the train station) and the washer&dryer is good(quiet and easy to use). The staff is also very friendly.

Nice full service apartment hotel. It’s a larger property and housekeeping is provided daily. The room was spacious, good washer/dryer and kitchenette. They didn’t have a coffee machine in room but breakfast was included (although the coffee machine didn’t work well so we had their prepared ice coffee). The breakfast was just OK but was included so it was fine. The location across the street from Namba station is excellent and we were right in the center of many activities, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a washer/dryer in the room as well as a compact kitchen set up. Staff was very warm and friendly

Clean facilities, great room sizes, washer/dryer in the room and an excellent location was just a start. What sets this location apart is the excellent staff lead by Jon. There is always someone (often more than one) staff member welcoming you home each time you return. They are extremely polite and helpful, assisting with directions and luggage forwarding plans etc. we have only been to Osaka a few times but have found our preferred location to stay from now on. The location is perfect for KIX airport travel being right near the Nankai line.
