Our family of six spent a wonderful stay at the hotel in Osaka. Centrally located and close to so many things as well as the train station. Would certainly return and recommend. Just Llovely

Excellent hotel really conveniently located to Namba station. Check in took quite a while (wait was 40 mins when we checked in around 3.30pm), but otherwise everything else was really good. Family room was great with the kids, as they enjoyed the bunk bed.

少しがっかり Room did not smell fresh, smelled like BO walking in. Upon check in, the hotel charged me another tax like around $50 CAD, even though I paid via hotels.com room and tax. Complete false advertisement and there is no choice to pay up. Contacted hotels.com they didn’t do anything, said they can’t get ahold of reception and will keep me updated but no update.
If you want to stay here make sure you check the fees

I stayed for 3 nights with my daughter and the beds were very very firm!!!! The rooms were clean but nothing fancy. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel as advertised. More like a 3 or 4 star hotel. It’s a huge hotel and we had to wait for an hour to check in as there was a very long lineup. It’s also right near a train line so many of the rooms are loud because of the train. I have stayed in 8 different hotels in Japan and this was my least favorite yet it had the highest star rating.

I really liked the pajamas. But what I liked was the view from my floor. I liked the staff too. They were all kind and very helpful. I liked the location in Namba. Will most likely stay here again in the future and I would recommend them.

The room was so nice. Kids loved the bunk beds. The view was amazing. The area was very family friendly and walkable. The Thai restaurant was delicious for a dinner meal and then we went to the rooftop. We didn’t realize it was a kid friendly rooftop!! We enjoyed the view on our last night and it was a fantastic experience. A bit far for Lego Centre and Universal Studios, but worth it to not have to pack up and move every few days.
