ホテルグレイスリー大阪なんば (Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba)

Located minutes from Namba station and an easy walk to Dotonbori Street, shopping mall and also Japan Kart. There is also a supermarket nearby. The room was a good size for Japan and the bathroom was very decent. Coffee machine, amenities and cold water near reception.

Laundry room was really nice

Close enough to Namba station and both Family Mart and 7/11 very close by. Once you work out the location it’s easy to get close enough to the hotel underground in the summer heat. Close to all that Namba offers really. A modern, clean roo, and free coffee machine in the lobby. I didn’t have to use the laundry during this stay.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in/out, clean rooms, laundry facilities, loved the shower and tub, convenient location

Expedia's booking had family of 4 in one room all inclusive of breakfast then turned up to Checkin and got told we have to pay for an extra person's breakfast. We showed the expedia booking which clearly stated it is a booking for 4 people including breakfast, but staff insisted we must pay the extra 4400 yen for breakfast, as expedia was incorrect. It is very disappointing. It's not the money, but the principle. Room is good but full of dust behind and under beds, lowest cleaning standard I experinced in Japan. Won't be returning.

Nice room, clean and the location is great.

Very clean room and friendliest staff

Service is great rooms are a little small but overall great experience

This hotel is so convenient as it is walking distance to everything, the restaurants, convenient stores and the Don Quixote. The Ichiran Ramen that we have been having for a few nights of stay was like less than 5 minute walk. There is a Uniqlo inside in the building. The hotel lobby is so well-lit has a very good few outside it is so accommodating and welcoming. They have weighing scale and most importantly money exchange machine, so you don't need to go out and find one. Breakfast is so awesome, lots of choices, fresh orange juice and varieties of drinks, and the staff were so accommodating and hospitable. We can never find the perfect word to describe but we surely missed staying here. We feel at home and so comfortable. Very clean and exceeded my expectations. It is also so convenient and close to the Ginza station and other stations that connects to cities we needed to go. We highly recommend. What we love about it is the lobby, so bright, great view and very accommodating.
