The window in the room was propped open by a stool. Because the hotel is located on a busy road all day and night the room was filled with the noises of people yelling, cars honking, etc. to top it off, people decided to sit outside n the side walk right below my window and start smoking weed. When my room started to fill with the smell (i have my child with me) I told the front desk person he made it seem like he went outside to tell them to leave but he didn’t realize that I was just around the corner and heard him tell them they were fine to stay as soon as he thought I had left. If you like no AC, not being able to get a good nights rest this is the perfect hotel.

Expensive for what you get. Smelled mildewy. Photos were slightly misleading. Good location.

Shops,bar's and restaurants close

It was okey .. the location though was amazing and didn’t hear the noise from the streets from my room .. bed was not great but able to sleep

Room was handed over dirty at check in. Toilet seat was broken. Hotel returned deposit at checkout, and a few hours later recharged it and would not respond to any form of contact.

Staff was hospitable and helpful

It was close to the main museums.

The staff were nice, but the rooms were so unclean we ended up paying for a new hotel with no refund. There were massive stains on the sheets and carpet with hair all over the bathroom. We tried to clean it up ourselves before deciding we’d rather pay for two hotels than stay in this one. Great location, but the cleanliness was barely one star in itself unfortunately.

Every thing we wanted to do was with within walking distance and also open so we could have a late night drink very happy with our stay

The hotel is not very spacious and there is no cleaning. They ask you for a deposit of 50 euros when checking in without notice. You have to ask them to change the towels since they don't. When you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. I wouldn't come back
