Our room and bathroom were very clean and the twin beds very comfortable. It was very hot when we visited so we were grateful for the blackout curtains and large fan! Breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious, lots of choice, even for vegetarian and gluten free options, and we enjoyed sitting watching the bicycle “rush hour” going past the window every morning! Staff were so friendly and helpful, and happy to give me ideas for things to do. We really loved our stay in this quirky, unique hotel, thank you!

This is definitely a unique property. It’s basically really suitable for young people who are looking for someplace. That’s just one step up from a hostile. I’m an older traveler, and it was no good at all for me. I needed a private bath, of course, so I was put in a room in the basement because I requested a room with a few stairs as possible. The staircase was the usual rickety, impossible, spirally Amsterdam staircase, which I could not infect navigate on my own, but the lovely reception clerk carried my luggage down and helped me find everything. These are sweet people, and this is an interesting place to say, but probably not for the older traveler.

Do not stay here. We booked this hotel for 3 nights. There were no elevators and we were given a room on the top floor which my husband could not climb due to recent knee surgery. There was also NO air conditioning and it was 90 degrees outside. Also a big problem since my husband uses a CPap machine to breathe at Night. Not ideal especially since we booked this 6 months in advance. The owner would not credit us for even half the amount even though we left after the 1st night.

the stair steps to the rooms are WAY TOO narrow to navigate when carrying large pieces of luggage (especially when you are 70 yrs of age).

Mo was very friendly and helped us with all of our needs. The room was clean and perfect for our family. The stairs are an adventure!

A fabulous, unique hotel. We had a great nights sleep. Decoration is quirky but really makes it. We had the 4 bed room, plenty of space. We were grateful for the fans as we stayed in the recent heat wave! Mo was very friendly and helpful!
