Really tired building and bathrooms, even after Reno. The outside has limited acess due to rotting stairs. Staff no helpful and limited parking onsite.

The reception was amazingly friendly and helpful. They lent us 2 giant golf umbrellas and pool towels to take on our reef cruise. The room had no view, but we weren’t there to look out the window. The Esplanade was just a block away and the mall with many shops for things we fortjust a brief walk.

The portico over the main entrance was rotting and falling apart.New locks had been fitted on the room doors but they were all on an lean and the main door was damaged and could very easily be broken into .An upgrade of rooms is badly needed.staff were great and best feature was the location

Reasonable accommodation. Difficulties with navigating luggage trolley to the lift when you have to go up stairs. Underground car parking limited. Rooms need a little TLC. Difficulty having a bath in a tub with no bath plug!! Staff excellent

Property currently being renovated and we scored a room not yet renovated and yes it really needs it - rotten timber in bathroom door frame; no grate in basin outlet, fan noisy, timber louvres in windows missing and let a lot of light in; shower frame over bath leaks all over floor; toilet seat hinge broken, fridge base rotten so fridge very rocky. Room smelled strongly of bleach; TV wouldn't work and on investigation found aerial connection out of socket. Also no compendium in room and no wifi info given when checking in - had to go to reception to enquire. AC worked well (newish); bed hard, pillows like sacks of potatoes, but good quality linen. Parking very limited and tight if you have a 4 wheel drive. Pool recently refurbished looks nice but why put sand under the lounges - result: sand in the spa! The only good things going for this establishment are the price and location. We have been told some rooms have been renovated but I'm not sure if they are the same price as the one we stayed in. Will only stay here again if we can score one of the refubed rooms at a good price.

Dirty rooms, hair everywhere. Sheets had stains. Walls had stains.

mould and rotten timber in bathroom all else good

The shower was very bad. Hot water took 10 minutes to get hot each time I showered . The water from the shower head was like a hose. No sprinkles at all.

I stayed there before so knew it was great, close to everything big rooms.

Very clean room, good water pressure in the shower, good hot water, mattress was nice and firm (not saggy or uneven), parking was a bit tight out front, check in and out was quick and easy, good location to eaaily walk to the beach and restaurants, driveway easy to access from the road,
