The customer service was awful! Really like they hate their job! The girl on charge of the tours the worst! She didn’t help if you didn’t buy with her and the staff in the hotel did the help either either with any questions about any places, they just refuse to the the women of the tours - you can do “their tours” for much cheaper doing and booking them by yourself ant your time. The hotel isnt worth the price you pay

Good location, building restraints very clean refreshing relaxing. All staff polite and helpfull. Restraunt on beachfront excellent well presented. Staff super service good food

Clean quiet room nice breakfast

the male staff member who made a very inappropriate sexist comment to my husband on check should not be in a customer service role. I was travelling for work and had my husband check in and he huffed and said 'wow its usually the men who have high level jobs in construction not the women' this was uncalled for and incredibly judgmental and insensitive.

We like the area. I have stayed here before. Large rooms, comfy beds. However, the front staff was not very helpful when we were trying to arrange additional stay and absolutely refused a late check out (even though the hotel had empty rooms).

The warm cookie on arrival is the BEST. Room is spotless, bed is comfy, huge balcony and lovely staff. Honestly, everything you'd expect from the Hilton brand.

Always nice. We stayed there the last 3 times we were in Cairns in the last few months. Clean, nice breakfast, friendly professional staff. We feel nice returning to the room after a day out.

Position . Excellent property .

The location was great for all of the activities that we had planned and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room had a very strong Lysol/ammonia smell when we arrived and it was about midnight after a long day of travel, so we just kept the door open and cracked the window to air it out while we unpacked. It was excessively strong and gave us a headache. The bathroom was also very small and barely had room for the door to swing open and shut unfortunately.
