A really smart and comfortable hotel in the centre of Berlin. We liked the friendly staff, the clean and well equipped room, where everything worked perfectly, and the luxurious feel to the lobby, lounge, bar and restaurant areas. :-)

All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgable and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was perfect and again nothing was too much trouble. We used the Spa facilities and found them very relaxing and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time here and we will be visiting Berlin again next year and staying here. Cost wise, it was reasonable and also perfectly situated near the Center for sightseeing. Many thanks, Chris & Kath.

Lovely hotel for a short stay in Berlin. The rooms were

The beds seemed old and too soft. Asked for a bathtub in room and was only given a shower. Also shorted on linens and shampoo etc upon check in. Property is beautiful although rooms were cramped. Great location to walk to everything

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and all the amenities were exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

beautiful and central location

Myself and my daughter had the perfect stay in the Titanic hotel. The location is great to get to attractions. The staff were very helpful, the buffet breakfast was lovely with a lot to choose from. They guy in the restaurant remembered after the first day that my daughter had oat milk without her asking which was nice considering how many people are staying there. Our room was spacious and we were glad of there being an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. Room service was very good and the quality of the food excellent. We were particularly impressed by the guy who cleaned our room. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was immaculate . I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again

Buffet breakfast was a 10, delicious. The staffs were accommodating and friendly . Locations was perfect and very close to tourist destinations and restaurants.
