とても良い The hotel was perfectly fine and well located. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is about to close for a needed refurbishment as it is a little outdated. The pillows weren’t great.

The breakfast was ok, but no bacon or sausages. I mean, in the country of the Bratwurst, you'd expect some type of sausage for the money being charged!
Also, there was supposed to be a room cleaner every 2 days, bet we only received one very very basic clean in 5 days, plus a couple of towel changes.

They weren't able to help with my request of a room away from the lift.i had suffered poor sleep the previous two nights in a different hotel due to located by a noisy lift. Reception. Told me they were fully booked and I was offered a disabled room on the first floor . I requested a top floor
