Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet which is not that common! Great breakfast. Excellent location for Alexanderplatz and local restaurants.

The room was lovely, very quiet. The only downfall was that we were there for 3 nights and they did not service our room. We had to ask for clean towels and a refresh of tea bags.

Air con didn't work, room was hot. Pillows were flat as pancakes, even when we put three on top of each other. Couldn't sleep very well. Very small room for 2 people. Window lock was broken and TV only had about five channels - no smart TV function. Shower would keep changing from hot to cold while showering.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and gave us a quiet room . I was so pleased that the window opened right up, instead of just a crack

Excellent location for getting around Berlin. Wide range of options at breakfast, including vegan. Breakfast was tasty. Clean room, with an excellent shower.

The location is excellent and the breakfast very good but during our stay, we stored cash and jewelry in the room safe. We had accessed the safe several times previously without any issues using our personal code. On the evening before our departure, while packing and retrieving our belongings, the safe would not open using the code we had set. A hotel employee was called to assist and was able to open the safe without difficulty. At the time, we verified that our jewelry and other valuables appeared to be present and continued preparing for our departure without thinking of checking the bills inside the envelopes, completely trusting our money was there. Only later, the following morning at the airport after reviewing our cash, did we discover that €300 was missing from the envelopes stored in the safe. Specifically, the missing amount consisted of one €200 bill and two €50 bills. We are not making accusations against any individual. However, we are concerned by the combination of the safe no longer responding to our code and the subsequent discovery of the missing cash. For context, we requested room servicing only once during our stay, on the day before departure, which was the only occasion on which hotel staff entered the room. We would appreciate it if the hotel could review whether there are any records relating to the safe, including maintenance, resets, override access, etc.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was fine for our needs. There was very limited cold air coming from the vent, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Another juggle was that the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. But aside from this, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff members were excellent, good breakfast and the rooms very clean. The only negative was that my room didn’t have a refrigerator to keep my medicine that required refrigeration, I had to give it to the front desk every day to keep it in the refrigerator for me. Other rooms had a refrigerator .

The property was just under a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are a number of restaurants, shops that are convenient to the hotel as well.

The only issue we had was the would of the pipes and packuliar odor
