Made Via-Inn my base of operations for my trip and it has been great. Easy to get to the station and hop on trains or subways. After travel from canada to tokyo to osaka in one day, it was nice to be so close to the station shin-osaka. Tiny room, but that is all you need. The amenities were good especially for the great price. Highly recommend. Bed was very comfy too. 711 was nice to have nearby.

Only stayed for one night as was passing through the city. Great location for the Shinkansen, but was quite tricky to get to via directions from the station. Has a 7-11 in the same building with access from the hotel making a great place to pick up snacks and drinks for your room. Check in was quick and helpful and staff were very polite. Only annoying thing was that the lift will always stop on the lobby floor, not sure if this is a security thing, but it got annoying when you just wanted to get up to the room and the lift would stop

It was a very convenient location and the place was clean. But I didn’t like their checkin procedure at all with the portal. The staff was there and they could see and use their computer. Then, why can’t they checkin for the guest? At the end they had to do it anyway because I couldn’t manage it. It wasn’t any saving for their labour but just a waste of time and frustration for the guest❗️

extremely close to Shin Osaka train station, but no noise! clean, comfortable, but small room. friendly staff, although very little interaction (check-in and check-out are by machine in the hotel reception). 7-11 conveniently located on the ground floor.

Great hotel to stay at, very easy to find and so close to Shin Osaka station, meaning you’re not lugging luggage far away or need for a cab. Very clean. Staff on duty were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage with them (we had a break in our stay) meaning we didn’t need to lug around our large suitcases with us on a 2 night stay we had in the mountains. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka. A very special Thank you to all the staff.

7 minutes walk from shin osaka station via central gate exit. Ideal for transit. Check out time is just too early at 10am. Otherwise all good, comfortable bedding and 7 eleven just below and mamy eateries around.

Steps from the station, clean and convenient.

Great location, right next to Shin-Osaka Station for quick access to Osaka Metro, JR and Shinkansen trains. Convenience stores all around and a quick walk to restaurants and services at the station.

It's closed to the train station and local subway.
