Great location! Easy walk from Shin-Osaka station. Family mart and 7/11 just couple minutes walk. Staff are very helpful and happy to look after our luggage both before check in and after check out. Will return! Highly recommended :)

Location and value are great. Needs more attention in cleaning. Carpets stained. Room walls dirty. Smeared make up. Bathroom walls, sink dirty marks and fingerprints.

Can get humid, otherwise wonderful

Great value

The best part of this hotel is it's only 3 minute walk to Sin-Osaka train station, perfect for taking Shinkansen bullet train.

The location is convenient. However, since the property is positioned at the corner at a major rail/highway intersection, it is a bit noisy when subway is in operation, from around 5am to 11pm.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful.the location was perfect.

The Four Points hotel was perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is good if you want to travel to Downtown Osaka, Kyoto and Uji. You also have the convenience of a 7-11 and Family Mart about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And the train station is about a 5 minute walk. They also provide pajamas and lots of other toiletries that you may need, it was very convenient! Remember not to overpack!

Clean room, a little bit crowded but that is part of travelling in most Asian countries. Staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet even though it's next to Shin Osaka station.

We appreciated the filtered water dispensers at every floor, really shows commitment to environmental sustainability. The hotel is also conveniently located to a transport hub.
