I really enjoyed the experience

Excellent location. Direct access to the convenience store.

Air conditioning would not go below 23c which is warm for me.

Although it is a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station east exit, the exit itself is a long walk from the ticket gates, so the actual walking time to the hotel is upward of 10 minutes. The upside is that the area is quieter, with smaller restaurants and cafes that are not so overrun with tourists. Not many shops near the hotel itself, so you have to walk to the station or further. The Lawson next door is a life-saver in this case. Great room, clean and spacious. Nice facilities.

The service at the hotel was very good. The location is excellent with Shin Osaka station very close by. The rooms are a bit small. The big problem I had was with the bathrooms in these units. About half the time there was a sewage smell in bathroom. My friend who got a separate room on the floor below me on the opposite side of the hotel noticed it as well in his room as well.

Great staff, room was great!

The room was really clean, the staff was kind. They had a free to use coffee machine on the first floor which really helped us start our mornings. We slept comfortably in good beds and the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and a lot of other amenities. The location is great, too, as it's only a few minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. The price was hard to beat as well! Overall, highly recommended.

We appreciated the easy access to the train station and subway system. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

駅から徒歩5分以内，隣にローソンがあり，近くにファミマも二ヶ所ありました。小さ目なビルで落ち着きがありました．部屋は思ったより大きくスーツケースを広げる余裕がしっかりありました。かなりコスパ良かったです。
