The location was nice for transit. The staff was very kind. The hotel was affordable and well maintained.

This modest hotel is excellent value for money. It provides everything that a traveller needs. It also is very close to the train station and one stop to Osaka Central.

Room was very clean staff is polite and breakfast at hotel is great,cost and quality wise

Staff are always friendly and attentive, rooms clean and well kept and a great location in the city near to main subway lines, Shinkansen and local trains. Highly recommended.

Ideal area to be in 5 mins walk from the station , one line to where ever I needed to be . It’s a business hotel , a little different to the Apa Urban Hotel previously. But as a base it was perfect for the week. The staff didn’t speak much English but together with translate and my broken Japanese we got through the week with no issues. Staff were attentive and helpful and breakfast was good for charging up for a long day ahead. Amenities were plentiful and they had a washing area for clothes that came in very handy. If I decide to back to Osaka I will choose to stay there again.

Great location not too far from subway n shin Osaka Breakfast was good as well Simple small rooms but great for the rate
