We had a wonderful stay here with our family and would happily return. All of the staff were fantastic throughout our stay — always friendly, attentive, polite and genuinely welcoming. The whole resort was very clean, beautifully presented and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast choice was amazing with plenty of variety for everyone, and the dinners were equally fantastic with delicious food and excellent service every evening. Overall, a lovely family stay and a resort we would definitely come back to. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, clean modern rooms. No complaints at all about the property. The only thing I would say it’s a hit far out from the center. For this reason I would t stay here again just too Far. But it’s a great hotel with great amenities and staff

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the overall experience, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for us. Overall, this hotel is truly a gem. Between the breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Everyone was so amazing. Budhi was great in giving me an amazing room. And Rosa was amazing in helping me have an amazing stay. Anything you need don’t hesitate to ask the staff they will go above and beyond for you to have a great stay. The Hotel is amazing too and the breakfast buffet from Asian to American food. Very tasty ❤️thanks again for everything 🙏I will certainly be back 🙌

Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests. Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening.

Everything was perfect. Even the littlest of our requests was accommodated. We really enjoyed our stay and miss it deeply. Wish we had stayed even longer. Our daughter misses the TreeHouse Kids club so much. Hopefully we can plan another trip soon.
