Este hotel es perfecto en Bali, limpio y el personal atento a todo para hacerte sentir como en casa, todo el personal del hotel muy amable. El desayuno excelente, ambiente limpio y todo exquisito. De regresar a Bali sería sin dudas mi hotel en la lista. Gracias a todos por hacerme sentir acogida y feliz en mi estancia.

Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Endra and Dwi at the Forest Bar, and Heza at the Unique Rooftop Bar (which has a stunning sunset view). The Chinese restaurant was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve ever had. I loved chatting with Rai, who always welcomed me with a huge, warm smile. Another young gentleman working there (so sorry I missed his name!) provided true high-end service. By day two, the entire team recognized me and always went out of their way to say hello. Highly recommend!

Budi from After Rock and Rock bar was amazing, and such lovely hospitality, we were always entertained by him. Aditha from RIMBA front desk was also really lovely and kind, provided a warm welcome, very professional. Would totally recommend staying here. They are great personalities to keep for the business.

One of the best stays in Bali! Definitely coming back. Huge property with tram service that goes around. The staff are wonderful and food at the buffet was so good. Also lots of areas for insta worthy photos. Thank you Ayana.

The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping staff was excellent. The food options were varied and the portion sizes and the quality of the meals was excellent. The staff at each of the restaurants were friendly, attentive, and patient. The meals were some of the best I’ve had in terms of taste and value.
