A very nice hotel, excellent location. The was very friendly and helpful.

Only giving it a three stars cause they accused us of opening the drinks in the mini bar, so just a tip to anyone don’t put any of your personal drinks or food into the fridge, even though it’s the only fridge in the room. Other than that, buffet breakfast was great, drinks were nice, pool was nice. The pool table however needs some fixing up especially near the second pool.

My suite was of course all the way to the back of the hotel. I get the distinct feeling that most hotels hate it when the room is booked through Expedia. I know that Expedia takes a small part of the fee , but why is the customer that has to pay for it ? I truly feel discriminated against when I use Expedia to book a room.

One of the best place in Uluwatu

Surrendered by a beautiful golf course beautiful lush greens. Short drive down to dreamland Beach restaurant staff and food. Did a great job.

Booked this during a sale. Never in my life have I been more impressed with a hotel. Great food, great people, awesome amenities. The only issue is the golf course surrounding it blocks beach access.

The staff was great; however, the hotel was rundown. Our patio door was open about an inch in every room. We didn't know until we kept seeing bugs everywhere, more than normal. We went looking to see where they were coming from, and both bedrooms and the living room had gaps in the windows. They were separating from the wall. The food was not good, flavorful, yes, good, no. Overall, our stay was below average.

Beautiful room

Rooms were so spacious in the suites. Food was so flavourful. The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were very polite, helpful and willing to do whatever you needed with a friendly smile. The area was close to the islands rop beaches and restaurants.

Staff are really good. Friendly. Room had no towels when we got there, bed sheet had stain / marks on a small area near tge pullow i asked for extra towels and got them promply but then housekeeping took them away the following morning when they cleaned. Was charged 45 IDR for a small amount of milk to make tea with. Its a nice place. Older than others buy it has 2 pools, small gym, excellent restaurant with very non-hotel prices. You need a scooter or car though bc it's a bit isolated with nothing within walking distance (3kms) They have a shutle than can take you to Dreamland if
