コートヤード・バイ・マリオット新大阪ステーション (Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station)

It was a great hotel overall, only one thing to add is if there were drink vending machines within the premises, it would be great.

The room was very clean and spacious, but the best thing about our stay was how helpful the staff were. I had a problem (unrelated to the hotel) and they did everything to help me resolve it Thank you! I'll be back for certain!

Across the street from Shin Osaka station. Convenient when traveling on the Shinkansen. Nice breakfast buffet.

Great location east access to transportation. Great staff and service. Highly recommend this property.

Good

This was the perfect hotel! My husband and I stayed in Osaka for one night as a small part of our larger Japan trip. The hotel is almost directly attached to shin Osaka station. This made it super easy for us to get to different parts of Osaka as well as Nara and Himejji. It’s also very close to Kyoto. The hotel itself is upscale and clean. The room was very comfortable and had what we needed. I also appreciated that the room was larger than a lot of hotels in Japan. The hotel also allows you to store your luggage prior to checkin and after checkout so that you can explore and come back to get your items. Osaka itself can get very crowded and I highly recommended staying at this hotel especially if your goal is to see other cities.

Amazing and convenient hotel

Every item had its place. All the lights and tech in the room worked perfectly. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms had every necessity one would need for a stay. From a shoe horn to makeup removal pads etc. Location next to Shin Osaka made it a breeze to get from Kansai airport to the hotel direct. The only things missing were a magnified mirror for shaving and one brighter light but I am nit picking. This is the place to stay.

The hotel breakfast was incredible. Very convenient and comfortable.

Very good breakfast; friendly and helpful staff
