Big rooms with nice views, especially if you are on high floors. Beautifully decorated.
Mixed feelings about the mattress and pillows, which is a very Dutch style are square.
No offence, but shorter people will find that many things in the room are placed very high, like the sink, the liquid soap and the closet racks to hung clothes.
Excellent cocktails at the bar!

They didn’t have irons / ironing boards in the room. When I asked they said they had one in a dusty closet on the fifth floor chained to a radiator. That’s where I ironed my shirt and slacks for a business conference. Absurd.

Wonderful staff. The spa was very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The bar Moqum had yummy food and they offer 24 hr pizza. Definitely would stay here again.

A beautiful hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff and a lovely wellbeing/spa area with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room.
The only downside was other guests breaking the hotel rules regarding phone use and photography within the spa area, this was very invasive and uncomfortable and we would have preferred these rules being enforced by the hotel.

The staff were nice and friendly; however, other aspects were poor—such as the cleanliness of the hotel, the bed, and the bathroom.
It’s not recommended to stay there!!!!! And I don’t know how thy can use name of Mövenpick???
